In Donetsk region, the curfew will operate in a new way: when and which settlements are concerned.

From August 12, new curfew rules will be in effect in the Donetsk region. This information was confirmed by Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.
Depending on the distance to the front line, there will be two curfew schedules in the Donetsk region:
- in settlements located more than 10 kilometers from the front line - from 21:00 to 05:00;
- in settlements located less than 10 kilometers from the front line - from 17:00 to 09:00.
The new curfew rules apply to cities such as Vuhledar, Hirnyk, Krasnohorivka, Myrnohrad, Novohrodivka, Selydove, Ukrainsk, Siversk, Chasiv Yar, and Toretsk.
Vadym Filashkin urged everyone in the Donetsk region to adhere to the curfew and avoid mass gatherings of people. However, the best option is to evacuate to safer regions of Ukraine.
Recall that the evacuation of children from three settlements in the Donetsk region will be carried out within 60 days due to the dangerous situation in the region. One reception point will be created for this purpose.
Vadym Filashkin also reported that everything possible is being done to restore fortifications in the Donetsk direction. Work on installing "dragon's teeth" is being carried out in the Hrodivske, Kurakhivske, Lymanske, and Toretske directions.
