The import of civilian drones to Ukraine has increased by a third since the beginning of the year.

During the three months of 2025, Ukraine imported 127.8 thousand civilian unmanned aerial vehicles with a total value of 371.3 million USD. This figure exceeds the corresponding period last year by 103 million dollars or 39%. It is noted that 98% of all imported drones were granted customs duty exemptions, according to the State Customs Service.
The largest supplier of civilian drones to Ukraine remains China. During the first quarter of 2025, 125.7 thousand drones were imported from this country, accounting for 98% of the total number of unmanned aerial vehicles brought in.
