In Donetsk region, 260 thousand people were left without water supply: reason named.

North of Donetsk region will remain without water due to shelling
North of Donetsk region will remain without water supply for an indefinite period. This was reported by the head of the regional military administration, Vadim Filashkin.
«Slovyansk, Kramatorsk, Druzhkivka, Kostyantynivka, and adjacent settlements, where about 260 thousand people live in total, will face problems with water supply due to massive enemy shelling», – stated the region head.
Filashkin reminded that on September 28, the Russians critically damaged two objects of «Water of Donbas». According to the official, due to the great extent of the damage, there is no technical possibility to restore the operation of the equipment.
The water supply organization, together with local authorities, is working on providing alternative water resources. Currently, temporary supply of technical water is carried out from the river intake of the KP «Water of Donbas», – noted the head of the regional military administration.
It should be reminded that today, due to the consequences of Russian shelling, emergency power outages were introduced from 10:15 in parts of Kharkiv and Poltava regions. This was necessary to prevent equipment overload and reduce voltage in the networks of oblenergo.
