Paramedic of the 'Hospitallers' Battalion, ATO participant. Let's remember Viktor Pasichnyk.


Every day at 9 a.m., Ukrainians honor the memory of all whose lives have been taken by the Russian-Ukrainian war. Today we remember Viktor Pasichnyk.
In 2014, 31-year-old paramedic of the 'Hospitallers' medical battalion Viktor Pasichnyk, known by the call sign Bear, joined the battalion. He died on September 12, 2024, during the war. This was reported by a member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, commander of the 'Hospitallers' battalion Yana Zinkevych.
In her statement, Zinkevych said that Pasichnyk served people throughout the entire war from the very beginning. She called him an example of courage and selflessness, inspiring others by his example. Zinkevych also noted that Viktor was not just part of the medical battalion system, but a true friend to all.
Viktor Pasichnyk was born on March 5, 1993, in the village of Saranchuky, Ternopil region. He went to the front in 2014 while studying at university, where he studied engineering. During the war, he took part in battles in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, as well as fought in the Serebryansky Forest.
Viktor died on September 9, 2024, in Donetsk and was buried in the Mykulynetsky Cemetery. He was awarded the Order of 'For Courage' of the III degree.
We honor the memory of Viktor Pasichnyk and all those who lost their lives at the hands of Russian invaders. Let us remember their great selflessness and sacrifice in the fight for the freedom and independence of Ukraine.
