Russian athletes violated the laws of Ukraine
Sanctioned Olympic champion in artistic gymnastics Mykyta Nahornyi, along with another Russian Olympic champion Vladyslava Urazova, illegally visited the occupied Ukrainian cities of Donetsk and Mariupol countless times. Nahornyi participated in a propaganda event in Mariupol organized by the organization 'Movement of the First'. Urazova held a master class for young athletes in Donetsk.
According to information, Nahornyi and Urazova entered the occupied part of Donetsk region, bypassing customs and border control, which is a violation of Ukraine's laws. This indicates that they violated the laws of the country.
Nahornyi is under sanctions from the European Union, is a deserving master of sports of Russia, and has many victories in various championships. It is also worth noting that Russian speed skater Ksenia Korzhova, who was previously recognized as a neutral athlete, supported Russian aggression.
