Russia would not be able to continue the war without the support of autocracies - NATO admiral.

According to the speech of former chairman of NATO's military committee Admiral Rob Bauer, it is only thanks to the support of China and other autocracies that Russia can continue its war against Ukraine. It is noted that for more than three years of the conflict, Russia has not achieved any of its strategic goals, despite significant losses.
The admiral shared his thoughts during a speech at the 17th Kyiv Security Forum, recalling the remarks of the NATO Supreme Allied Commander in Europe, General Christopher Cavoli. The latter previously stated that Russia is not winning the war, while Ukraine demonstrates resilience and the development of its military thought, despite personnel issues.
Analysis:
The speech of Admiral Bauer indicates that the support of China and other authoritarian regimes is a serious factor enabling Russia to continue its military actions in eastern Ukraine. This reflects the complex political context and relations between world powers in the current geopolitical conditions.
