Stood in defense of Ukraine at the beginning of the full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation. Let us remember Mark Dzyuban.


Every day at 9 am, Ukrainians honor the memory of all whose lives were taken by the Russo-Ukrainian war. Today, we remember Mark Dzyuban.
On October 27, 2024, while defending Ukraine from Russian occupiers, Lviv resident Mark Dzyuban was killed. This was reported by the Lviv City Council.
Mark Dzyuban was born on July 31, 1992, in Lviv. He studied at Lyceum No. 8 of the Lviv City Council and Secondary General Education School No. 67 in Lviv; at the Lviv Vocational College of Hotel, Tourism, and Restaurant Services. He obtained his education in the Department of Transport Technologies at the National University “Lviv Polytechnic.”
After graduating, he worked in the sewing industry and then became an ambulance driver. Recently, he worked as a driver at a local light industry enterprise. According to relatives, he was a very kind, fair, and sociable person and a wonderful family man.
With the start of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, he stood in defense of the Motherland against Russian invaders. He carried out combat missions to protect the state's sovereignty and territorial integrity as part of the fourth battalion of the operational designation "Force of Freedom" of the fourth brigade of operational designation "Rubizh" of the National Guard of Ukraine.
For his personal courage, Mark Dzyuban was repeatedly recognized by the military command.
The warrior's funeral took place on November 1 at the Garrison Church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul. Mark Dzyuban was buried at the Lychakiv Cemetery.
The defender left behind his parents, beloved wife, and two loving daughters.
"Glavkom" joins the minute of silence. We honor the memory of all Ukrainians who died in the struggle for the Motherland. We remember those killed by Russian invaders, light candles of remembrance, and bow our heads in mourning during the national moment of silence, honoring the bright memory of the citizens of Ukraine who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of the state: all military, civilians, and children, all who died in the struggle against Russian occupiers and as a result of the enemy's attack on Ukrainian cities and villages.
