Ukrainians became prize winners of the world championship in strongman multi-event.


At the Ultimate Strongman 2025 world championship in Germany, Ukrainian athletes showcased impressive results. In the team competition in the weight category up to 105 kg, our team took second place, losing only to the German team.
Hanna Vasyuk became the silver medalist in the women's individual competition in the weight category up to 82 kg, while Oleksandr Dubovyi won bronze in the world deadlift championship in the weight up to 105 kg. Additionally, Ukrainian fencers demonstrated their skills at the European Championship in Genoa, becoming champions in foil and sabre.
“Olga just resumed training (currently independently) after a break she took after the Olympics. She did not participate in the team's preparation, as she lacked usual fencing practice. Olga is currently focusing on general physical training, this is not preparation for specific competitions. This season, she is resting,” the fencing federation reported.
Ukrainian athletes continue to delight us with their successes in international competitions, proving their high level of training. They represent Ukraine honorably on the world sports arenas, confirming their reputation as strong and skilled athletes.
