A new temperature record has been established in Odessa
On Friday, January 10, a new temperature record was recorded in Odessa, surpassing the previous one set in 2001. According to the Black Sea and Azov Sea Hydrometeorological Center, the maximum air temperature reached 10.7°C, which is 0.1°C higher than the 2001 record.
The highest temperature was recorded in Izmail at 15.2°C. The lowest temperature was recorded in Lyubashivka at -9.1°C.
This record is the third temperature achievement in the Odessa region in January. The previous two records were set on January 7 (11.1°C) and January 9 (13.2°C).
