These regulations are being proposed by State Duma deputies to be included in the Code of Administrative Offenses. The punishment for sharing a phone number is currently suggested to be low, as this violation aims to be classified as administrative. Therefore, Russians sharing their phone number with others will be fined between 30,000 to 50,000 rubles.
