According to the survey, developers with a high level of English earn on average more. This is particularly noticeable among Middle and Senior programmers.
It is also known that salaries for Ukrainian builders will rise, as a guaranteed tariff rate of 401% of the minimum subsistence level has been established for them. There is also an idea of implementing a four-day work week in Ukraine during wartime, according to Danil Hetmantsev.
Ukrainian programmers continue to receive high salaries, especially those who work in Back-end and Mobile development. Salary rates are rising, particularly for Senior developers and team leaders. This indicates stability and potential growth in the IT industry in Ukraine.
