Zelensky announced synchronization of sanctions with the West and decisions on international conventions.

In an evening address on June 29, 2025, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced important decisions of the state and losses among defenders. The head of state signed a decree posthumously awarding the title of Hero of Ukraine to pilot Maksym Ustymenko.
