Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed two Russian Su-34 aircraft at the Marinivka airfield.


The Security Service of Ukraine and the Special Operations Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces jointly conducted a successful special operation at the Marinivka airfield in the Volgograd region. During this operation, two Russian fighter-bombers, Su-34, were destroyed, and two more were damaged. Russian fighters are widely used for bombings on the front line, particularly for dropping guided aerial bombs.
The Special Operations Forces together with the Security Service of Ukraine used drones to attack the Russian fighters. These attacks also caused a fire in the technical area of the enemy airfield, which is crucial for preparing planes for flights and their maintenance,' - reported the representatives of the Security Service.
The full-scale war has now lasted 1220 days, during which Ukrainian troops effectively resist the enemy. Enemy attacks on the civilian population continue, but Ukrainian defenders are ready to repel any attempts by the enemy to advance deeper into the territory of the country.

In recent days, the enemy has increased the intensity of hostilities, carrying out more than 60 aviation strikes, 4536 shellings, and using over 2500 kamikaze drones for attacks.
