Supermarkets have set new prices for borscht vegetables: how much cabbage, potatoes, onions, carrots, and beets cost.

The Minfin portal published data on price changes for borscht vegetables in June. The prices for basic vegetables used for preparing traditional dishes have seen both increases and decreases.
Young cabbage has decreased in price - from 65.17 UAH per kg to 23.85 UAH, which is good news for buyers. At the same Time, white cabbage has risen in price from 71.91 to 113.40 UAH per kg.
Prices for potatoes are also fluctuating sharply. Ordinary potatoes decreased in price from 34.75 to 34.40 UAH per kg, while young potatoes now cost from 89.15 UAH to 53.00 UAH per kg.
In some markets, prices for onions have also changed sharply, depending on their variety. Bulb onions have become more expensive, while blue onions have decreased in price. Considering these trends, possible changes in consumer choices in markets and stores are to be expected.
